A: The photo frame guide page and Settings page generate a 6-digit activation code, which can be entered on the FotoCube APP to bind the photo frame.

Q: How do I send photos to FotoCube?
A: Select a photo or video on the FotoCube APP, send it to the specified frame device, and the photo or video will appear on your frame within seconds.

Q: Can others send photos to FotoCube?
A: All account users who are attached to the photo frame device can send photos to the photo frame.

Q: How many photos can FotoCube hold?
A: The 16GB device is expected to store 8,000 photos, and the 32GB device is expected to store 24,000 photos.

Q: How many photos can I send at a time?
A: You can send up to 100 photos at a time. If you have a lot of photos to share, you can send them multiple times.
